Job summary

Globe Telecom is seeking a Customer Service and Digital Sales Associate to guide customers through digital channels and support sales and inventory tasks. You will assist customers in person and through education, ensuring smooth transactions and timely payments.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years in sales or customer-facing roles, possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, and are flexible to work weekends and holidays.
