You will help hit sales targets, maintain 5S standards, and support a high-performing team while delivering a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in subscribers with concerns and queries.
• Sells all products and services to walk-in customers.
• Performs product demonstrations.
• Accept, screen, evaluate and approve documents from subscribers; ensure timely customer delivery and meet team targets.
• Maintain adherence to shift schedules and attendance policy, including OT approvals.
• Keep workspace clean and compliant with 5S standards per company policies.
• Perform cashiering duties including payments and selling postpaid/prepaid stocks as allocated by Inventory Custodian.
• Monitor and resolve after-sales transactions; ensure proper transmission of subscriber documents to Credit Library.
