Qualifications

• At least High School / Senior High School / College level.
• Good written and verbal communication skills (Tagalog/Taglish).
• Comfortable with chat-based selling and outbound calling.
• Sales, call center, or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Goal-oriented, resilient, and results-driven.
• Basic computer skills (data entry and system navigation).
• Willing to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers through chat, text, and outbound calls to promote and sell products.
• Recommend the right products based on customer needs and close sales.
• Follow up on leads and re-engage interested or existing customers.
• Upsell and cross-sell to increase order value.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the system.
• Deliver a positive and professional customer experience.
