Job summary

VA Masters is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first voice our customers hear. You will answer inbound calls, explain our services to homeowners, book cleanings, and send quotes, ensuring no potential customer goes unanswered. This role rewards clear communication and organized work flow during busy periods.

You will manage scheduling, provide quotes, and follow up on inquiries while maintaining accurate customer records and notes in the system.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, call handling, or appointment setting.
• Clear, confident spoken English with a friendly phone manner.
• Experience with scheduling or field service software such as Jobber or Housecall Pro.
• Organized and able to stay calm during high call volume.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills.
• Stable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a quality headset.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls promptly, warmly, and professionally.
• Answer customer questions about services, availability, and pricing using the provided pricing guide.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm cleaning appointments in the scheduling system.
• Prepare and send quotes to customers.
• Make outbound calls as needed, such as callbacks and appointment confirmations.
• Keep customer records and call notes accurate and up to date.
• Ensure every customer inquiry is followed up on and nothing falls through the cracks.
