Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls promptly, warmly, and professionally
• Answer customer questions about services, availability, and pricing using the provided pricing guide
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm cleaning appointments in the scheduling system
• Prepare and send quotes to customers
• Make outbound calls as needed, such as callbacks and appointment confirmations
• Keep customer records and call notes accurate and up to date
• Ensure every customer inquiry is followed up on and nothing falls through the cracks

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in customer service, call handling, or appointment setting
• Clear, confident spoken English with a friendly phone manner
• Experience with scheduling or field service software such as Jobber or Housecall Pro
• Organized and able to stay calm during high call volume
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills
• Stable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a quality headset

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in home services or cleaning industry customer service
• Comfortable handling calls, quotes, and scheduling simultaneously
