Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls quickly and professionally.
• Respond to questions about services, availability, and pricing.
• Set, move, and confirm cleaning appointments in the scheduling system.
• Prepare and send quotes to customers.
• Make outbound calls for callbacks and confirmations.
• Keep customer records and call notes accurate.
• Follow up on inquiries to ensure nothing is missed.
