Key Responsibilities

• Book, reschedule, and confirm cleaning appointments in the scheduling system
• Create and send quotes to customers
• Make outbound calls when needed, such as callbacks and appointment confirmations
• Keep customer records and call notes correct and current
• See that every customer inquiry is followed up and nothing is overlooked

Mandatory Skills

• Demonstrated experience in customer service, call handling, or appointment setting
• Clear, confident spoken English with a friendly phone manner
• Hands-on experience with scheduling or field service software such as Jobber or Housecall Pro
