Concentrix is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for Spark Place Cubao to support customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, and online channels, resolving routine product or service issues while maintaining KPI performance and delivering friendly, professional service.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma with up to six months of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Shift flexibility is required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma with 3–6 months relevant experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
• Dependable with strong attention to detail.
• Multitasks well in a fast-paced environment and adapts to changes.
• Willing to rotate shifts and work as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Meet contractual KPIs for service delivery.
• Clarify requirements and provide resolutions using tools.
• Listen empathetically and build rapport with customers.
• Greet customers politely and professionally.
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products/services.
• Prepare complete and accurate work and update accounts as required.
• Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and performance.
• Offer additional products/services.
• Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database.
• Refer inquiries to published materials or senior staff.
