Job summary

VALEROS VELASCO BUSINESS SOLUTIONS INC. in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, is seeking a Call Centre Representative for a full-time role handling both voice and non-voice duties in a virtual processing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation with a genuine desire to help and assist customers.
• Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
• Problem-solving skills with the capacity to think critically and make sound decisions.
• Patience and emotional resilience when handling difficult customer situations.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including potential evening or weekend hours if required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Previous call centre or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential for the right candidate.
• Comfortable working in a virtual environment with remote communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Process customer requests and transactions accurately using company systems and databases.
• Provide product and service information to customers clearly.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the systems.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to senior staff when necessary.
• Perform non-voice tasks such as email support, chat support, and data entry as assigned.
• Meet and exceed call centre targets including call volume and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Comply with company policies, procedures and quality standards in all interactions.
• Participate in training programmes and ongoing development to enhance skills.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues.
