• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team or independently; adaptable to shift changes.
