Job summary

cnx is seeking a Mactan Customer Care Specialist in Cebu to support customers via inbound/outbound calls and online channels. You will resolve routine problems and strive to meet KPI targets while delivering courteous service in a fast-paced environment.

You will clarify requirements, build rapport, document interactions, and suggest additional products or services while collaborating with the team to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 3–6 months of relevant experience preferred
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
• Dependable with strong attention to detail
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work as part of a team or independently
• Demonstrate patience in all customer interactions
• Willing to rotate shifts as needed
• Location/program dependent requirements may apply

Responsibilities

• Ensure service delivered to customers meets KPIs
• Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding and provide resolution
