Job summary

Private Advertiser in Makati is seeking a Customer Service Representative to respond to customer inquiries across channels and ensure a seamless experience. You will collaborate with multiple teams to support products and services and drive overall customer satisfaction.

The role requires fluent English and Tagalog, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and upsell where appropriate. Weekend/holiday shifts are involved.

Qualifications

• College level, Grade 12 or vocational course.
• Call center or sales experience is an advantage.
• Experience solving customer-facing problems; negotiatio n and objection handling.
• Able to work shifting schedule, including weekend/holiday work.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Handle inquiries and/or complaints, provide solutions and alternatives, and follow up.
• Keep records of customer interactions and process accounts.
• Make upsell, encourage client retention, and promote campaigns.
• Provide excellent customer care to clients and accounts.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and practices.
• Demonstrate empathy during interactions with callers.
• Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
