You will deliver high-quality support via phone, email, and chat, guiding customers with clear solutions and resolving issues with care in a fast-paced team environment.

The role emphasizes empathy, strong communication, and the ability to navigate multiple systems. Onsite work with shifting schedules is required, contributing to a values-driven culture and growth

Qualifikationen

Legal working age with a high school or senior high diploma.
Strong communication and typing skills (minimum 35 WPM).
Basic computer navigation skills.
A growth mindset and a proactive attitude.
Willingness to work onsite and on shifting schedules.
A minimum of 6 months of call center experience is required.
