Qualifications

• Experience in financial services operations, onboarding, documentation processing, or reference data management.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and focus on data quality and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including investigating exceptions and resolving issues.
• Effective written and verbal communication for clear stakeholder updates.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint for tracking, analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to follow documented procedures, maintain confidentiality, and operate within a controlled environment.
• Working knowledge of custody operations concepts, including account setup and reference data requirements.

Responsibilities

• Validate client documentation and onboarding information for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Set up and maintain client, account, fund, and security reference data in custody systems.
• Coordinate account setup activities with internal partners and external parties to meet agreed timelines.
• Investigate exceptions and data discrepancies and drive resolution through to closure.
• Apply controls and procedures consistently to maintain confidentiality and data integrity.
• Respond to stakeholder inquiries with clear status updates and documented outcomes.
• Monitor workloads and deadlines to ensure timely processing during peak volumes.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to reduce rework and enhance onboarding quality.
• Support change initiatives by completing assigned testing, documentation, or implementation tasks.
