Qualifications

• Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders in country.
• Experience in Custody Accounts Static Data processing is a plus.
• Analytical, data mining and trend-projection abilities.
• Leadership and team-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operations support to ensure controls are carried out to prevent operational loss and reputational risk.
• Serve as primary business and client escalation contact to align globally and mitigate risk.
• Deliver quality customer service and meet Performance Level Agreements (PLA).
• Lead and develop the team, fostering a people-centric, collaborative environment.
• Guide and support team members as a process specialist and escalation point.
• Monitor performance, ensure timely completion of tasks, and maintain procedures.
• Develop practical strategies to address performance gaps and staffing needs.
• Create a strong, knowledge-sharing team culture to achieve goals.
• Prepare and update the Business Contingency Plan for Operations.
