Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Strong computer skills and 10-key proficiency.
• Typing proficiency of at least 10,000 keystrokes per hour.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to review image-based data.
• Commitment to quality and accurate outcomes.
• Ability to interpret data shown in check images.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment.
• Flexibility to work overtime, holidays, and weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Review check and deposit images to validate key data fields.
• Compare routing number, account number, check number, and dollar amount for mismatches.
• Correct eligible data errors per procedures and quality standards.
• Meet productivity targets while maintaining accuracy.
• Research and analyze to resolve exceptions and unclear image data.
• Document completed work and exceptions in logs and tools.
• Communicate potential issues or risks to management promptly.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily and periodic timelines.
• Cross-train on additional functions for coverage and resilience.
• Follow policies and firmwide quality standards during reviews.
• Protect confidential information handling customer data.
