What you'll be doing

• Responding to customer inquiries via telephone, email, chat and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner

• Providing accurate information about products and services to customers

• Resolving customer complaints and issues with patience and problem-solving skills

• Processing customer orders, requests and transactions accurately

• Maintaining comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions

• Following company policies and procedures whilst maintaining quality standards

• Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting colleagues when needed
