About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team in Valenzuela City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that offers an exceptional opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional call centre environment without the requirement of completing a mock call process. Instead, we will conduct a phone interview to assess your suitability for the role. This position is strategically important to our operations, as you will be at the forefront of delivering outstanding customer service and representing our organisation's commitment to excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Handling inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy
• Resolving customer inquiries, complaints and issues efficiently and effectively
• Providing accurate information about products and services to customers
• Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed call records in company systems
• Following company policies, procedures and quality standards during all customer interactions
• Meeting or exceeding performance targets, including call handling times and customer satisfaction metrics
• Collaborating with team members and supervisors to improve service quality
• Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services where appropriate

What we're looking for

• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate clearly over the telephone
• Strong listening skills and empathy when handling customer concerns
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy call centre environment
• Proficiency with computer systems, databases and call centre software
• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification as a minimum
• Customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or similar environment (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Reliability and a commitment to attendance and punctuality
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop within the role
