We are seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our dynamic call centre team at VALEROS VELASCO BUSINESS SOLUTIONS INC. This is a full-time position based in Angeles City, Pampanga. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be at the forefront of our customer service operations, providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels. This role is ideal for individuals who are new to the customer service industry and eager to develop their career in a supportive and professional environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the reputation of our organisation through quality interactions and problem resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and other communication channels in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers, addressing their questions and concerns
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently whilst maintaining a positive and helpful attitude
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the company system for quality assurance and record-keeping purposes
• Follow company protocols and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery standards
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments when necessary
• Contribute to team goals and targets whilst maintaining individual performance metrics
