Job summary

Joulestowatts Business Solutions Private Limited in Taguig is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle requests across calls, chat, email and tickets, delivering timely solutions per SOP.

Requirements include 1 year CSR experience (BPO preferred), high school or college level, strong communication, multitasking, and willingness to work night shifts, including weekends. Immediate start is encouraged, with office in Upper McKinley, Taguig.

• At least High School or College Level
• Proficient in computer operating systems and Office software
• English proficiency is preferred
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
• Willing to work in Upper McKinley, Taguig, on night shift and shifting/flexible schedules
• Can start immediately

Role Responsibility:

• Answer or receive customer requests via different service channels (calls/chat/hotline/mail/tickets), and provide timely and accurate solutions based on SOP.
• Resolve cases within the scope of authority or escalate to the appropriate team for unresolved issues
• Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
