JOULESTOWATTS CONSULTING CORP. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Taguig (Upper McKinley) to handle inquiries via calls, chats, and emails. The role requires a customer-first mindset, strong communication, and multitasking abilities.

Night shift with flexible scheduling is offered, with HMO upon regularization. Office-based position in Upper McKinley, Taguig, serving US time zones with a one-day hiring process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year CSR/Client Service Representative experience (BPO experience preferred) with a customer-first mindset, strong communication and coordination skills
• At least High School or College Level
• Proficient in computer operating systems and Office software
• English proficiency is preferred
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
• Willing to work in Upper McKinley, Taguig, on night shift and shifting/flexible schedules

Responsabilités

• Answer or receive customer requests via different service channels (calls/chat/hotline/mail/tickets), and provide timely and accurate solutions based on SOP.
• Resolve cases within the scope of authority or escape to appropriate team for unresolved issues
• Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
