Job summary

Ogilvy Manila is seeking a CRM Strategy Director to champion CRM strategies across internal teams and clients, driving brand growth through data-driven customer experiences.

You'll lead omni-channel CRM initiatives, guide Martech integration, and map data journeys from media platforms to CRM systems, ensuring privacy and actionable insights while collaborating with creative, digital, and analytics teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CRM strategy, ideally in marketing agency or client-side environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field; Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM dialogues with internal teams and clients to align strategies with business goals.
• Develop omni-channel CRM initiatives across email, social, mobile, web and offline channels.
• Apply martech knowledge to activate CRM recommendations and automation.
• Maintain knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Adobe) and tailor client solutions.
• Design customer journeys and data flows to optimize experiences.
