Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in CRM administration or direct marketing.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong CRM and segmentation principles.

• Experience with marketing automation tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Retail / furniture / e-commerce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

About the role

Valuehome Furniture Trading is seeking a CRM Specialist/Administrator to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team on a full-time basis. This role is based in Davao City, Davao del Sur and offers the opportunity to drive customer relationship management excellence across our furniture retail operations. As CRM Specialist/Administrator, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining our customer database, implementing CRM strategies, and enhancing customer engagement through targeted direct marketing initiatives. This position is critical to our efforts to strengthen customer loyalty, improve retention rates, and maximize the lifetime value of our customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy, completeness and organization across all customer touchpoints


• Develop, implement and oversee customer segmentation strategies to enable targeted marketing campaigns and personalized customer communication


• Create and execute direct marketing campaigns including email marketing, SMS campaigns and promotional initiatives aligned with company objectives


• Monitor and analyze customer interaction data to identify patterns, preferences and opportunities for customer engagement and retention


• Generate regular CRM reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators, campaign effectiveness and customer metrics


• Collaborate with sales, marketing and customer service teams to ensure consistent customer information and seamless customer experiences


• Identify and implement improvements to CRM processes, workflows and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness


• Support customer lifecycle management activities including onboarding, nurturing and re-engagement campaigns


• Manage customer enquiries and complaints through the CRM system, ensuring timely and appropriate resolution


• Conduct training and provide support to team members on CRM system usage and best practices

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience (2+ years) in CRM administration, database management or direct marketing roles


• Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics or similar systems


• Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles, segmentation strategies and direct marketing best practices


• Excellent data management skills with meticulous attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with marketing automation tools


• Ability to analyse data and generate insights using reporting and analytical tools


• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across departments


• Demonstrated organisational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously


• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying process improvements


• Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and experiences


• Preferred: Experience in retail, furniture, e-commerce or consumer goods industries


• Preferred: Certification in CRM systems, digital marketing or customer relationship management
