Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in CRM administration or direct marketing.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong CRM and segmentation principles.
• Excellent data management and attention to detail.
• Experience with marketing automation tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Retail / furniture / e-commerce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the CRM database with accuracy and organization.
• Develop and oversee customer segmentation for targeted campaigns.
• Create and execute direct marketing campaigns (email, SMS, promotions).
• Monitor data, analyze interactions to identify engagement opportunities.
• Generate CRM reports and dashboards to track KPIs and campaign success.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service for unified data.
• Identify and implement improvements to CRM processes and workflows.
• Support lifecycle management including onboarding and re-engagement.
• Handle customer inquiries/complaints via the CRM with timely resolutions.
• Provide training and support on CRM usage and best practices.
