• Proven experience in a sales support or similar role.
• Excellent English communication (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to sales representatives, including scheduling, correspondence and documentation management
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems to ensure accurate and current information
• Process sales orders, quotations and contracts with accuracy and efficiency
• Coordinate with finance, logistics and operations to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Prepare sales reports, presentations and proposals to support the sales team's activities
• Handle customer enquiries and route them appropriately to the correct sales representative or department
• Manage sales materials, brochures and promotional resources
• Assist with sales events, product launches and promotional activities
• Track sales performance metrics and contribute to forecasting and pipeline management
• Support the development and implementation of sales processes and best practices
