Job summary

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of order entry experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems (Pronto preferred). Must be accurate, organized, and capable of meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• College level or bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• 1–2 years' experience in data entry/order entry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/inventory software (Pronto preferred).
• Fast typing speed.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter orders in the company database for different customers.
• Provide excellent sales support to customers.
• Follow order entry instructions via email or phone conversations.
• Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
• Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
• Maintain and update customer records.
• Prepare monthly and weekly reports on orders.
• Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
• Ensure order entry targets are met and report deviations.
• Stay up to date with product details (item code and pricing).
