Job summary

SID Global is seeking a CRM Platform Admin to manage and maintain our CRM platform (D365, Power Platform, and Azure) from our office in Pasig, Philippines. The role focuses on ensuring platform health, governance, licensing, and integrations with other business systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a CRM/Systems Admin for SaaS platforms, with knowledge of D365, Power Platform, and Azure services, and be comfortable working in a structured IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that the CRM platform is running smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitors D365, Power Platform, and Azure dashboards to ensure usage and consumptions are within limits.
• Manages license assignment/removal for CRM users.
• Configures CRM platform changes to meet IT and business requirements.
• Sets up new entities, fields, and workflows.
• Performs integration changes to connect D365 with other systems.
• Ensures data flow and integrations are functioning as expected.
• Generates reports providing insights into data and performance.
• Provides admin support to product on issues, incidents, and problems.
• Provides admin support to non-production events.
• Maintains CRM environments and provisions necessary environments/tools for build teams.
• Facilitates filing of tickets related to CRM projects to ITG units.
• Supports project execution with artifacts/output per IT SDLC and Governance.
• Participates in technical training, knowledge sharing and self-paced learning.
• Keeps informed about new methodologies/approaches/technologies.
• Contributes to continuous improvement of CRM CoE.

Overview

The CRM Platform Admin is responsible for managing and maintaining the CRM Platform (D365, Power Platform, and Azure).

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensures that the CRM platform is running smoothly and efficiently
• Monitors D365, Power Platform, and Azure dashboards to ensure that usage and consumptions are within limits by regularly and proactively performing housekeeping activities
• Manages the assignment and removal of licenses to CRM users
• Makes configuration on changes on CRM platform to meet the IT and business requirements
• Sets up new entities, fields, and workflows
• Performs configuration changes to integrate D365 with other systems
• Ensures that data is flowing correctly and integrations are working as expected
• Generates reports that provide insights into the organization’s data and performance
• Provides admin support to product on issues, incidents, and problems
• Provides admin support to non-production events
• Maintains the CRM environments
• Provisions the necessary CRM environments and tools needed by the build teams
• Facilitates the filing of request tickets related to CRM projects, initiatives, and SRs to the appropriate ITG units
• Supports the project execute on by providing expected artifacts and output as prescribed by the IT SDLC and Governance structure.
• Participate in technical training programs, collaborations and knowledge sharing sessions and self-paced learning.
• Stays informed of new methodologies/approaches/technologies
• Participate in the continuous improvement process to ensure that CRM CoE runs effectively and efficiently

Qualification

• Degree in Computer Science, Informa on Technology or other related/relevant fields.
• Experience and knowledge on Dynamics 365, Power Platform and/or Azure Services
• Experience in working as a System Administrator of SaaS applications
• Experience/knowledge in using Azure DevOps or other Source Code Management and/or Continues Integration and Delivery tools
• Experience in relational database
• Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, etc.)
• Good knowledge on n-er web applications
• Experience in the development/support of bank/financial applications/systems
