Job summary

Probe CX is seeking a hands-on CRM Manager to optimize our CRM ecosystem across four brands. You will improve system functionality, automate processes, and maintain data quality to ensure CRM platforms support business operations.

The role requires strong CRM experience across platforms, with HubSpot experience advantageous. Working onsite twice weekly at Global One, Eastwood, Quezon City is expected, on a day shift.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of experience in CRM management, administration, or operations.
• At least 4 years hands-on experience managing or optimizing CRM platforms.
• Strong understanding of CRM configuration, workflows, automation, data management, and reporting.
• Experience with system integrations, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize CRM platforms, configurations, and system functionality.
• Build and maintain workflows and automations to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure CRM data accuracy, integrity, and proper governance.
• Develop dashboards and reports to support business insights and decision-making.
• Manage system integrations and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into CRM improvements.
• Identify opportunities to enhance CRM capabilities, processes, and overall performance.
