Your role requires hands-on expertise with high-volume SMS campaigns, A/B testing, and a strong focus on segmentation and retention journeys.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing in digital sectors.
• Hands-on with high-volume SMS campaigns and A/B tests.
• Deep knowledge of segmentation, lifecycle triggers, and retention journeys.
• Experience with telco dashboards, SMS platforms, or CRM tools.
• Familiar with omnichannel strategies: SMS, Viber, email, or push.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• SMS strategy and calendar aligned with promotions.
• Campaign setup and execution including trigger-based messages.
• Segmentation and targeting using behavior and cohorts.
• Copy development with Creatives and Product teams.
• Performance monitoring: delivery, CTR, opt-outs, costs.
• Tech and vendor coordination with SMS gateways and APIs.
• Ensure compliance and governance.
