We are seeking an Implementation role to execute, implement, and develop work assigned by the Implementation Team Manager, ensuring technical plans laid out by the account

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
• Experience with CRM implementations is advantageous.
• Certifications in relevant CRM platforms are preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks related to the implementation of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics), Supered, Docs, Excel, Data Hygiene, Admin, etc.
• Develop workflows, automation, and integrations within the CRM systems to align with client requirements.
• Communicate weekly reports to the Implementation Team Manager.
• Engage in daily communications with team members to achieve project objectives.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the implementation work.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of implementations and updates.
