Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a HubSpot CRM implementation specialist to set up and grow HubSpot for client teams. You will build automations, configure marketing tools, and connect software through native apps or middleware.

You will also design landing pages, ensure tracking integrity, and train client users. The role emphasizes practical hands-on work with AI-assisted workflows and light HTML/CSS edits for fast, reliable deployments.

Formación

• 2+ years hands-on with a CRM and marketing automation platform; HubSpot strongly preferred.
• Experience implementing or administering a CRM: pipelines, imports and reporting.
• Ability to build automations inside HubSpot, such as workflows and lifecycle updates.
• Ability to set up simple integrations with Make or Zapier to connect HubSpot to tools.
• Basic design skills in Canva or Figma with conversion-focused layouts.
• Strong client communication and ability to explain technical setups to non-technical people.
• Organised and detail-focused with ability to manage several implementations at once.

Responsabilidades

• Support onboarding and implementation projects from discovery to go-live.
• Map client sales/marketing processes to pipelines, deal stages and lifecycle stages.
• Plan and execute data migrations from spreadsheets or other CRMs with clean-up and deduplication.
• Build workflows, lead scoring, sequences and task automation to reduce manual work.
• Set up integrations (native apps, Zapier/Make) and verify data flow.
• Create dashboards/reports to show pipeline and campaign performance.
• Train users and write simple guides to ensure adoption after handover.
• Configure Marketing Hub elements: forms, lists, emails and campaigns.
• Design basic landing pages in HubSpot CMS and ensure pages are responsive and on-brand.
• Use AI tools to draft copy, improve workflows and speed up builds; troubleshoot issues with AI.
