Job summary

Open Look Business Solutions Inc. – 032 Outsourcing is seeking a systems and automation specialist to design and manage end-to-end automation, CRM workflows, and data integration across platforms.

You will own JobAdder as the central CRM, connect Reply.io, Dripify, Mailchimp, CoRecruit, and LinkedIn Navigator, and build daily action engines that guide leadership and VAs to timely, relevant outreach.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier).
• Proven ability to integrate multiple systems (CRM, outreach tools, data sources).
• CRM architecture mindset (data structure, workflows, data hygiene).
• Experience in sales, recruiting, or pipeline-driven environments.
• Ability to translate activity and data into clear next actions.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Automation & System Architecture: Build and manage workflows using Zapier (or similar tools).
• CRM Ownership (System of Record): Own and optimize JobAdder as the central CRM; standardize data structure and activity tracking.
• Tool Integration & Data Flow: Integrate and maintain data across Reply.io, Dripify, Mailchimp, CoRecruit, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Signal Aggregation & Intent Tracking: Capture engagement signals and translate into actionable insights.
• Trigger-Based Tasking & Workflow Automation: Build automated workflows that assign tasks and trigger follow-ups.
• Daily Action Engine (Top Priority): Develop a daily system that prioritizes who to contact and why.
• VA Enablement & System Design: Create scalable workflows and SOPs for VAs; design reusable processes.
