The Service Delivery Group is seeking a Support Associate to manage client inquiries, route leads to consultants, and support data accuracy across CRM systems. The role involves multi-channel communication, logging inquiries, and assisting at the front desk onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field is an advantage but not required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• No prior work experience required; background in customer service or admin support is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce) is an advantage but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with basic CRM knowledge or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Log all client inquiries into the CRM system and Monitoring Sheet.
• Record caller details in the SDG Inquiries spreadsheet and CRM.
• Provide accurate information about SDG and its services.
• Route inquiries to Leads Management or appropriate consultants.
• Update and maintain CRM records; send daily follow-up lead lists.
