Job summary

HireMe.ph is seeking a CRM Executive to drive customer engagement and retention. You will manage lifecycle campaigns, loyalty initiatives, segmentation and personalization across digital channels, collaborating with regional teams and external agencies to boost customer experience and revenue growth.

The role requires a 5-year track record in CRM/Digital Marketing, experience in retail or fashion a plus, and proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CDP ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Data Analytics, E-Commerce, or related degrees.
• 5 years of experience in CRM, Digital Marketing, Loyalty Marketing, E-Commerce, or Customer Engagement.
• Experience with customer lifecycle marketing preferred.
• Experience in retail, sportswear, fashion, or consumer goods industries is advantageous.
