You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, and Global IT to improve processes, strengthen customer data, support Salesforce readiness, and deliver insights that help teams work smarter and serve customers better. In this role you will champion CRM best practices, drive adoption, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while exploring AI and digital tech

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, CRM, or related areas.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle CRM, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Champion CRM process improvements and best practices across the MEA region.
• Drive CRM adoption, user engagement, and change management initiatives.
• Support Salesforce readiness activities, including process alignment, training, and business engagement.
• Improve customer and account data quality through data governance practices.
• Enhance digital customer experiences through platforms such as MyEmerson.
• Deliver reporting, analytics, and insights to support business decisions.
• Explore opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and digital technologies to improve productivity and customer engagement.
