Aggreko plc in Manila is seeking a SalesForce Business Systems and Process Analyst to drive support and continuous improvement across Aggreko's core business systems. Acting as the primary Salesforce CRM SME, you will support system users, maintain data quality, identify process improvements, and lead system enhancement initiatives across the Asia region.

You will partner with business stakeholders and ATS to deliver effective system solutions, training, reporting and project implementations.

Qualifikationen

• SME on Salesforce with strong superuser experience.
• First-point contact for Salesforce queries and problem solving.
• Experience rolling out Salesforce updates and UAT.
• Experience developing Salesforce user guides, training materials and programs.
• Knowledge of formal training methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Serve as central point of contact for all business systems inquiries across the region.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Maintain governance including data integrity, user access management and compliance with standards.
• Onboard new users, delivering training, configuration and customization.
• Plan, coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing for Salesforce and other applications.
• Design, develop and deliver business systems and software training programs.
• Identify training needs arising from projects and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain user guides and knowledge articles for efficient adoption.
• Develop reports, dashboards and analytics for business decisions.
• Provide first/second-line helpdesk support and escalate to ATS as needed.
• Travel within Asia may be required.
