Emerson is seeking a results-driven professional to lead CRM initiatives across the MEA region, driving adoption of Salesforce and related platforms to align processes and governance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, deliver analytics and insights, and explore AI/automation opportunities to boost productivity and customer engagement. Emerson values diversity, development, and impact.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, CRM, process improvement, or related areas.
• Experience with Salesforce, Oracle CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar CRM platforms.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working across teams delivering business and technology solutions.
