Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to drive CRM excellence, digital transformation, and customer engagement across the MEA region. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, and Global IT teams to optimize business processes, strengthen customer data, and deliver actionable insights to empower smarter decisions.

You will manage Salesforce readiness, data governance, and reporting, while exploring AI and automation opportunities to improve productivity and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, CRM, process improvement, or related areas.
• Experience with Salesforce, Oracle CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar CRM platforms.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working across teams delivering business and technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Champion CRM process improvements and best practices across the MEA region.
• Drive CRM adoption, user engagement, and change management initiatives.
• Support Salesforce readiness activities, including process alignment, training, and business engagement.
• Improve customer and account data quality through strong data governance practices.
• Enhance digital customer experiences through platforms such as MyEmerson.
• Deliver reporting, analytics, and insights that support business decisions.
• Explore opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and digital technologies to improve productivity and customer engagement.
