B. Braun Philippines seeks a Manager – CRM & Business Analytics to lead CRM platform administration, data governance, and analytics across SAP and other sources.

You will design dashboards, drive data-driven insights, and collaborate with regional teams to align strategies. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar), Power BI, and SQL.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Sales Force Effectiveness, CRM Management or business analytics.
• Experience administering CRM platforms with data governance.
• Proficiency building dashboards in Power BI.
• Ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Experience integrating data from multiple sources (CRM, SAP, ERP).

Responsibilities

• Oversee CRM system administration, data accuracy, security, and governance.
• Develop and implement CRM strategies and governance.
• Design and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Integrate data from CRM, SAP and other sources using SQL.
• Coach and mentor colleagues and lead multi-stakeholder projects.
