Job summary

Paylow Staffing is seeking a highly experienced Virtual Assistant with excellent English communication, strong customer service and sales background, and solid CRM and AI tool know-how. You will engage with customers via calls, emails, and messages, manage schedules, and provide reliable administrative support.

The ideal candidate will handle inbound/outbound calls, qualify leads, track interactions in GoHighLevel or similar CRM, and maintain accurate records with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English with clear, professional phone communication.
• Proven experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls, including cold calling.
• Experience using CRM software and a strong understanding of how CRM systems work.
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their practical business applications.
• Knowledge or experience in marketing is a strong advantage.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Confidence speaking with customers and handling challenging conversations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities
