Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a data analyst to deliver meaningful insights and recommendations that drive decision-making for the Closed-End Loans team. The role focuses on preparing reports and ad-hoc analyses to support data-driven decisions across the business.

You will monitor performance, publish KPI reports, and collaborate with multiple teams to develop forecasting models and dashboards for effective communication with leadership.

Qualifications

• Two years of work experience, preferably in banks, insurance, or financial industries.
• Must adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Project and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of lending products, industry regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (Excel, SQL, or business intelligence platforms).
• Experience developing and implementing sales strategies and performance improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Monitor business performance against budget and target.
• Publish reports and KPI analyses to assess performance and drive forecasting models.
• Analyze data to identify trends and insights to improve processes.
• Identify opportunities to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance initiatives and monitor impact.
• Prepare and distribute reports to senior management with key findings.
• Develop dashboards, visualizations, and scorecards for stakeholders.
• Request and manage changes to reports per business requirements or ad-hoc requests.
• Assist with ad-hoc data requests ensuring timely, accurate information delivery.
