Socium - Teams Done Differently in the Philippines seeks an analytical Data Analyst Supervisor to lead data-driven customer strategies across acquisition, engagement, cross-sell, and retention lifecycle stages. You will translate raw transactional and behavioral data into actionable insights that power personalized journeys and maximize campaign performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in CRM analytics, customer data analysis, or marketing analytics
• Experience with digital or online product ecosystems (e.g., e-Commerce, FinTech, SaaS)
• Proficient in querying large datasets using SQL
• Working knowledge of Python or R for modeling/automation
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Metabase) and MarTech/CRM platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, MoEngage, CleverTap)

Responsibilities

• Lead data-driven customer strategies across acquisition, engagement, cross-sell, and retention lifecycle stages.
• Query, analyze, and synthesize large-scale transactional and clickstream data to uncover trends and provide strategic recommendations.
• Map end-to-end customer journeys across digital touchpoints and optimize engagement.
• Design A/B and multivariate tests for CRM channels (Email, Push, SMS, In-App).
• Monitor campaign performance using metrics like Conversion, Retention, CAC, LTV, Open/CTR and ROI.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, Risk, and IT/Data Engineering to execute CRM roadmaps and ensure seamless delivery.
• Identify opportunities for workflow automation and journey triggers to improve efficiency and communications.
• Ensure data hygiene, validation, and compliance with privacy regulations.
