Job summary

Socium - Teams Done Differently is seeking a CRM Senior Data Analyst to optimize customer journeys and maximize revenue through advanced analytics. You will analyze customer, transactional, and behavioral data to guide CRM strategies and lifecycle initiatives.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, Risk, Technology and Data teams to translate complex findings into practical business recommendations and build dashboards that inform decision-makers. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

4+ years in CRM Analytics or related analytics roles.
Experience with large customer datasets and campaign analytics.
Ability to translate findings into business recommendations.
Experience building dashboards/reports with Power BI or Tableau.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Hands-on SQL and python or R in data analysis.

Responsibilities

Analyze customer lifecycle performance across acquisition, engagement, cross-sell, retention and loyalty.
Develop insights to improve customer engagement and profitability.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Design and maintain customer segmentation frameworks.
Identify target groups for personalized CRM campaigns.
Measure CRM campaign effectiveness and customer value metrics.
Conduct post-campaign analysis and provide recommendations.
Develop dashboards and analytical frameworks to support decisions.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, Risk and Tech teams.
Present insights to senior stakeholders in clear, business terms.
Drive automation and data governance for CRM analytics.
