Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Credit Services Supervisor for Back-Office in a hybrid role based in Taguig, Philippines. You will oversee AI-enabled workflow environments, manage exception handling, and ensure SLA adherence while driving governance and data stewardship.

Responsibilities include leading a team, prioritizing workload, coaching staff, and collaborating with regional teams to maintain high-quality service and robust controls across Credit Services operations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of people leadership experience
• Accounts Receivable experience
• Advanced technical and system knowledge including Excel, SAP ECC, FSCM

Responsibilities

• Own workflow governance, including exception queues and routing failures
• Monitor service levels, queue aging, backlog trends, and corrective actions
• Lead back-office Credit Services operations in EMEA region
• Provide day-to-day leadership, workload prioritization, and productivity management
• Recruit, coach, and develop team members to drive results
• Collaborate with Front Office Collectors and stakeholders to resolve escalations
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Identify process improvements and drive automation and digital transformation initiatives
