Responsibilities

• Analyze Financial Statements and perform spreading per guidelines.
• Process Financial Statements, Appraisal reports, Borrowing Base Certificate, Compliance Certificate, mortgage documents, credit agreements, and extract key data.
• Review loan documents and process transactions per SLA.
• Interpret legal documents related to underwriting and perform due diligence to meet lending criteria.
• Conduct required research within set timelines.
• Interpret data and analyze results using bank systems.
• Follow up on deficient documentation with stakeholders.
• Make informed decisions regarding processed documentation.
