Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 3 years of experience in accounting, financial operations, reporting, or reconciliation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to work accurately with large datasets.
• Practical problem-solving through fact-finding, clarification, and basic analysis within defined procedures, with escalation when needed.
• High attention to detail with focus on data quality, integrity, and documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple recurring deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including documenting findings and providing status updates.

Responsibilities

• Support integration of transactional data feeds into back-office accounting systems with completeness and accuracy checks.
• Perform recurring reporting activities: compile data, validate totals, distribute reports with clear documentation.
• Assist with transactional break investigation: gather evidence, perform analysis, document findings, track follow-ups.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities with journal entry support and balance sheet substantiation and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Technology, Operations, and Finance to obtain inputs for deliverables and resolve routine issues.
• Support testing activities for system or product changes by executing test cases and tracking defects.
