JPMorganChase's Commercial & Investment Bank is seeking a Credit Support Specialist IV to analyze and spread financial statements of our bank clients. The role involves handling financial statements, appraisals, borrowing base certificates, and loan documentation to support underwriting and lending decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication to effectively engage stakeholders.
• Ability to manage complex requests with minimal supervision.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and loan documents.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Access.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements and complete spreading per guidelines.
• Process Financial Statements, Appraisal reports, Borrowing Base Certificate, Compliance Certificate, Mortgage documents, Credit Agreement and abstract critical data.
• Review loan documents and process transactions as per SLA.
• Interpret and understand legal documents pertaining to underwriting and perform due diligence to comply with lending requirements.
• Performs required research on the received request within stipulated timelines.
• Interpret data, analyze results using bank’s operating systems.
• Follows up on deficient documentation with relevant stake-holders.
• Makes informed decisions regarding the documentation handled.
