Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. Manila is seeking a Client Account Management Analyst to support day-to-day client servicing across a broad range of investment solutions.

You will coordinate with internal partners to ensure timely account maintenance and accurate reporting. You will build strong client relationships through clear communication, rigorous controls, and process improvements, while delivering high-quality service materials and reports using Excel and Word.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of experience in client servicing, operations, account management, or a related role.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate priorities across multiple teams.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for reports and documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with global or cross-cultural teams.
• Sound judgment and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support client account managers by coordinating across internal partners to deliver a high-quality client experience.
• Process and track account maintenance requests, including onboarding support, cash activity support, reporting setup, fee and billing setup, guideline setup, and contact maintenance.
• Coordinate requirements and follow-ups with partners such as investment specialists, portfolio management teams, trading, cash management, guideline management, and client reporting teams.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc client reports and service materials using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Maintain accurate documentation and a clear audit trail for completed activities.
• Ensure work is completed in line with regional procedures, including appropriate quality checks and timely escalation of issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve servicing workflows, reduce errors, and enhance the overall client experience.
• Communicate updates, deadlines, and dependencies clearly and professionally across multiple teams.
