Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in banking, mortgage, financial analysis, loan operations, or a related field.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and spread/abstract key financial data.
• Working knowledge of common lending and servicing documents (lease agreements, mortgage documents, credit agreements, AR/AP reporting, rent rolls).
• Strong verbal and written communication to collaborate with stakeholders across levels.
• Ability to manage complex requests with minimal supervision within guidelines.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization.
• Willingness to work in shifts.

Responsabilités

• Analyze financial statements and complete spreading according to guidelines.
• Process financial statements and supporting documents and abstract critical data.
• Review loan and mortgage-related documents and process transactions per SLA requirements.
• Interpret legal and underwriting documents and perform due diligence for lending.
• Research requests and deliverables within agreed timelines.
• Use internal systems to interpret data, analyze results, and document outcomes.
• Follow up on missing or deficient documentation with stakeholders.
• Apply judgment to make informed decisions within defined guidelines.
