Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Manila is seeking a Credit Office Analyst to evaluate credit applications and support Small Business loan portfolio growth. You will analyze Retail and Wholesale relationships, structure terms, and prepare KPI data for decision-making.

The role demands strong analytical skills, banking systems knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. A CPA credential is preferred in the Filipino market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or accounting.
• At least three years of prior credit review and analysis experience.
• Knowledge in spreading business and personal financial statements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and judgment skills.
• Proficiency in organizing, priority-setting, and issues management.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of bank systems and loan/credit operations.
• Strong self-motivation and results-oriented team player.
• Strong typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and provide credit decisions on Retail and Wholesale client credit relationships with exposure up to $500,000.
• Provide input to the structure and terms of the relevant credit products.
• Prepare data, metrics and KPIs for relevant products and processes.
• May support portfolio management through analysis of financial statements and industry information.
• Contribute to running complex credit related models and highlight anomalies.
• Assist in preparing quantitative and qualitative credit analysis.
